All rooms enjoy brand new en-suites + TV + tea & coffee making, hairdryers, complimentary chocolates, toiletries and free Internet Access; prices are per room on a Bed and full choice of Breakfast basis. We also have our own parking spaces.

Cancellation Policy: We respectfully point out that in the event of reserved accommodation being cancelled; we have the right in law to be reimbursed for any losses resulting from the cancellation. We will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked. If cancelled within 48hours of reservation the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
We advise that all cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
In view of this we recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
